We offer hundreds of unique itineraries all over Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia, and Africa. We understand that there are times when only a custom tour will satisfy the needs of a group. That’s why our Custom Tour Department will work with you to create a custom tour itinerary that is as special as your group.

If you have at least 20 travellers and cannot find the right holiday in our extensive portfolio, we will design a custom itinerary or themed holiday for your group, utilising our worldwide buying power to provide the best value and exceed expectations. Your group will enjoy the same high-quality holiday you've come to expect, with the added benefit of a unique design tailored just for them!

IS A CUSTOM TOUR THE WAY TO GO?

A custom tour is a great alternative to consider when:

  1. You have a minimum of 20 travellers who want to travel on a specific itinerary not featured in our brochures.
  2. You have a pre-formed group that has travelled together previously and wants something special.
  3. You have a pre-formed group that shares a common passion or interest.

YOUR BUDGET
Your Custom Tour Consultant will work with you to determine a realistic budget for your group.

PACE
Is your group interested in a leisurely holiday, or would they prefer a faster-paced sightseeing tour?

SPECIAL GUESTS
Professors, lecturers, spiritual leaders, and other special guests are all welcome to accompany your group!

HOTELS
We are happy to accommodate specific hotel requests within our standards. Campgrounds, hostels, certain luxury resorts, and overnight coaching will not be considered.

TOUR DIRECTORS
A tour director will accompany each custom group and will be fully briefed on your group’s unique needs, interests, and wants.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

1. GROUP SIZE

The Custom Tour Department designs itineraries for groups of 20 or more; however, we recommend 30-35 passengers to make the tour more affordable.

2. NET RATES

Custom tours are quoted at net rates. Any rebates, fees, or commissions can be added to the rate by the party requesting the tour. If client payments are processed by us, the fees and commissions can be added to the quote.

3. TURN AROUND TIME

Our custom itineraries are created from scratch, and a custom quotation will therefore take longer than a brochure tour. Once we have all the information needed to process your request, our team will work with you on the next steps. Due to the itinerary and/or destination complexity, turnaround time may vary.

4. DEPOSIT DATE

If you would like to proceed with the quotation, a copy of the signed Land Policy, along with a deposit of $2,000, will be due by the option date listed on the quote. This date varies by destination and proximity of the travel date but is usually within 2 weeks of receiving the quotation.

5. PROMOTION

To best promote the tour, we recommend requesting the itinerary 6-12 months in advance of the departure date.
